Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer, located in our Dehradun office. As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling assets for a variety of digital and print mediums, including social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional materials. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize innovative designs, ensure brand consistency, and deliver high-quality outcomes that align with project goals. Additionally, you will revise and improve designs based on team and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong skills in visual storytelling, branding, and layout design.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating motion graphics or proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field are preferred.
