Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experiencedGraphic Designer with3 to 5years of experience in visual design, branding, and digital media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfoliodemonstratingtheir ability to produce high-quality visuals across various mediums includingweb, print, and social media.UI/UX capabilities and experience are a strong plus, as we value designers who can blend aesthetics with user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visually compelling graphics for digital and printplatforms (e.g., websites, social media, marketing materials).
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teamsto create on-brand and impactful designs.
• Conceptualize and develop creative solutionsthat effectively communicate key messages whilemaintainingstrong visual storytelling.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual touchpoints, adhering to design guidelines and branding standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teamsto integrate design elements into user-friendly interfaces, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Stay updated on design and UI/UX trendsand incorporate modern techniques to keep designs fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines.
• Work closely withcross-functional teamsincluding copywriters, photographers, UX designers, and developers to deliver cohesive visuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, ora relatedfield.
• Strong portfolioshowcasingavariety of design work across both digital and print mediums.
• Proficiencyin design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Fundamental understanding of UX/UI principlesis a strong plus.
• Experiencedesigning forweb, mobile, and social media platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong skills in typography, layout, and colortheory.
• Ability towork independently and collaborativelywithin a team environment.
• Strong communicationand time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working on UI/UX design projects and creating user-centered designs.
• Proficiencyin animation or motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with development teams is a plus.
• Experience with print production and pre-press processes.
