About Wirality755
Wirality is building a new social-first creative team designed for the way brands need to communicate today - faster, more frequently and across more formats, audiences and platforms.
755 is built for a world where brands need to create more content, for more audiences, across more platforms without treating every piece of content like a traditional advertising campaign.
We're looking for a Graphics Designer who doesn't believe their job ends with making something look good.
You should be able to take an idea and figure out how to bring it to life - whether that means designing a social post, creating a visual identity for a content series, animating typography, cutting a reel or figuring out the visual language for an entire campaign.
This isn't a role where you'll sit on one side of the creative pipeline.
You'll move between design, motion and video depending on what the idea needs.
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, fast, visually sharp and comfortable figuring things out.
What You'll Do
You'll Be Expected To
You Should Be Comfortable Moving Between
Sometimes the answer is a beautifully designed static.
Sometimes it's a 6-second edit.
Knowing the difference is part of the job.
You Should Be Able To
You Should

That Could Mean
You should still enjoy opening the file and doing the work.
What We're Looking For
You should ideally have 2 - 4 years of experience across design, art, motion, creative or a similar role.
More Importantly, You Should Be Someone Who
Required

We care about what you can make more than the number of software logos you can put on your CV.
What We Care About
We care less about whether you've previously been called a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Motion Designer or Art Director.
We care about your eye, your taste, your ideas and your ability to make things.
Show us the static you're proudest of.
Show us the reel you edited.
Show us the motion experiment nobody asked you to make.
Show us the campaign where you helped shape the visual language.
Show us something weird you made because you wanted to see if it would work.
Your portfolio will tell us more than your designation will.

What You'll Do

You'll Be Expected To
- Create social content, campaign assets, digital creatives, presentations and other brand communication.
- Turn ideas into strong visual executions quickly.
- Develop visual routes rather than simply executing layouts.
- Adapt ideas across formats, platforms and brand requirements.
- Work across multiple brands and projects without letting the quality fall apart.
- Know when something needs polish and when something simply needs to get out into the world.
- Think Beyond Static
You Should Be Comfortable Moving Between

- Motion graphics.
- Typography.
- Animation.
- Short-form video.
- Reels.
- Social edits.
- Creator content.
Sometimes the answer is a beautifully designed static.
Sometimes it's a 6-second edit.
Knowing the difference is part of the job.
- Develop Visual Ideas, Not Just Assets
You Should Be Able To
- Take a creative thought and figure out what it should look like.
- Develop visual languages for campaigns and content properties.
- Find interesting references and turn them into something original.
- Think about composition, typography, movement, imagery and storytelling together.
- Work with copywriters and strategists to make an idea stronger visually.
- Push back when you think there's a better way to execute something.
- Live on the Visual Internet
You Should
- Constantly consume visual culture, creators, design, film, photography and internet content.
- Understand what's visually working across Instagram, YouTube and emerging social formats.
- Follow interesting designers, editors, creators, filmmakers and visual storytellers.
- Understand trends without blindly reproducing them.
- Bring references and new visual approaches into brainstorms.
- Recognise when a brand should participate in a visual trend - and when it should do something completely different.

But you should understand what happens before the footage lands on your laptop.
That Means Having
- A basic understanding of cameras and production workflows.
- An understanding of framing, composition and lighting.
- Comfort working around shoots.
- An understanding of how footage should be captured for the intended edit.
- The ability to think about post-production while something is being shot.
- An understanding of how shooting, editing, motion and design come together in the final output.
- Own the Output
That Could Mean
- Helping assign and coordinate creative tasks.
- Reviewing work from junior designers.
- Giving clear visual feedback.
- Maintaining consistency across a brand's output.
- Working closely with copywriters, strategists, creators, editors and account teams.
- Jumping into an execution yourself when that's the fastest way to solve the problem.
You should still enjoy opening the file and doing the work.
What We're Looking For
You should ideally have 2 - 4 years of experience across design, art, motion, creative or a similar role.
More Importantly, You Should Be Someone Who
- Has a strong visual eye and knows what good design looks like.
- Can take an idea and figure out how to make it work visually.
- Is a generalist by nature rather than someone determined to stay in one lane.
- Can move comfortably between static, motion and video.
- Can work at a high pace without sacrificing basic craft.
- Is constantly collecting references and consuming visual culture.
- Understands social media as a creative canvas, not just somewhere assets get uploaded.
- Can collaborate closely with writers and strategists.
- Can give and receive feedback without ego.
- Can help younger designers improve their work.
- Is comfortable figuring things out without waiting for a perfectly defined brief.
- Cares about the idea as much as the execution.
