Motion Graphic Designer – Hennur, Bangalore

Location: Hennur, Bangalore | Full-Time | On-site

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Motion Graphic Designer to join a reputed school in Hennur, Bangalore.

The role will focus on creating motion graphics, animated content, social media creatives, reels, promotional videos, and visual content for the school's digital communication and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and animated visual content
• Design and produce reels, short-form videos, animated posts, and promotional content
• Create graphic designs for social media, website, events, campaigns, and school communications
• Convert creative briefs and ideas into high-quality visual content
• Develop content for school events, student achievements, admissions, activities, and campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams on creative requirements
• Maintain consistent branding across digital and marketing materials
• Manage multiple creative projects and deliver work within deadlines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Motion Graphics / Graphic Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation work
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Experience creating reels, animated creatives, social media content, and promotional videos
• Good understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual communication
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred

• Experience in education, school, EdTech, or marketing
• Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns
• Knowledge of Canva or other creative tools
