Job Title: Graphic Designer

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual communication. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, agency experience, and the ability to work across multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for:
• Social media campaigns
• Digital ads & banners
• Print media (brochures, flyers, posters, hoardings)
• Branding & packaging
• Presentation decks and pitch materials
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and account managers
• Understand client briefs and convert concepts into high-quality visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
• Stay updated with design trends, typography, and platform best practices
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in an agency environment
• Prepare final artwork files for digital and print production

Required Skills

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Figma / Canva (preferred)
• Basic video editing or motion graphics is a plus
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Layout design
• Color theory
• Branding
• Visual hierarchy
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in a creative agency / advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and campaign work

Education

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
