Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, a sharp eye for modern D2C aesthetics, and hands-on experience creating high-converting creatives across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of branding, performance marketing, and AI-assisted creative workflows, and can execute compelling visuals for Meta ads, website banners, marketplaces, product launches, and retention campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

• Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, D2C, retention, and performance marketing campaigns
• Create engaging assets for web banners, mobile banners, landing pages, emailers, marketplaces, and product listings
• Develop visually compelling creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Work on product storytelling, promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and conversion-focused ad creatives
• Translate briefs into polished, premium-quality visual communication

AI & Creative Workflow

• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, mockups, visual exploration, and production efficiency
• Stay updated with emerging AI design workflows, trends, and creative technologies
• Support rapid creative testing and iteration for performance marketing needs

Collaboration & Project Management

• Collaborate closely with creative heads, marketers, copywriters, and performance teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, trend-aware creative ideas
• Incorporate feedback effectively and adapt designs based on campaign performance insights

Technical Execution

• Prepare final files for digital and print production with proper specifications and formats
• Maintain organized design systems, asset libraries, and source files
• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus
• Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and modern layout systems
• Experience designing for D2C brands, performance marketing, and ecommerce ecosystems
• Basic understanding of AI design tools and workflows

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on Meta ad creatives and conversion-focused campaigns
• Exposure to ecommerce creatives including Amazon/marketplace listings and website merchandising
• Understanding of modern wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brand aesthetics
