We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and comfortable working across a wide range of creative projects.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate should be able to contribute to a variety of design requirements including social media creatives, branding projects, marketing collateral, website UI design, presentations and basic motion graphics. You will work closely with senior designers and creative leadership while continuously developing your design, communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, campaigns and digital creatives
- Create brochures, flyers, presentations and marketing collateral
- Assist in branding and logo design projects
- Support website UI design projects
- Create simple animations, reels and motion graphics
- Maintain brand consistency across client deliverables
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development
- Prepare production-ready artwork and design files
- Collaborate with content, marketing and development teams
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different types of design work
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Basic understanding of motion graphics/video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good to Have
- Experience with website UI design
- Experience creating reels and short-form video content
- Illustration skills
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools
