Key Responsibilities:
About the Role:
- We're looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer well-versed in video editing and AI tools, who can independently manage multiple brands and consistently deliver high-quality creative across formats and platforms.
- Strong work ethic, learning agility and ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients
- This is an individual contributor role

Social & Digital Content
- Design high-impact graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Edit and produce engaging videos, including motion graphics, promotional reels, and short-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Synthesia, Midjourney, or similar) to generate, enhance, and streamline video production workflows.
- Collaborate with client marketing and content teams to conceptualise and execute visual strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Stay ahead of design trends and experiment with emerging AI technologies to deliver efficient, innovative outputs.
Brand & Marketing Design
- Create marketplace A+ content, listing images, infographics, banners, and other marketplace assets
- Design brand collaterals, including brochures, posters, packaging-support creatives, and marketing materials.
- Design brand decks, brand identity manuals, pitch presentations, and marketing-led presentations
Execution & Collaboration
- Translate briefs into strong visual outputs within defined timelines
- Manage multiple brands without compromising quality
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain organised design systems and files
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI video generation tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video edits, and AI-generated content.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Preferably based in Gurgaon for hybrid collaboration (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
- Working knowledge of print production (CMYK/RGB, bleeds, exports)
