Graphic Designer

We Are In Collective is looking for a Graphic Designer who can make things look good, and make them make sense. :)

Not just templates.

Not just pretty pictures.

Not just moving things around until someone says, Yeah, this looks nice.

We're looking for a designer who wants to work on brands, ideas, campaigns and everything in between.

What you'll work on:

Design - Simple as that.

That's pretty much it. Not complicating the job description with 27 different modules. :)

Based on your skills and interests, more involvement can be considered in areas like branding, visual identity, art direction, creative thinking, etc.

Things that give you extra points:

(Not just for getting selected: More skills → More work → More value → More salary.) :)

Graphic Designer + Video Editor

If you can design and edit videos/motion content, that's an added advantage.

Graphic Designer + Artist

If you can draw, illustrate, sketch or create things from scratch, even better. These skills can be particularly useful when we're creating or developing brands.

Good language skills

We're not an English-speaking-only team. :)

And by good English, we don't mean you need to speak like you're presenting at an international conference.

We mean the basic things:

Spell things correctly. Read what you've written. Understand what you're communicating. Don't make us discover a spelling mistake after the post goes live.

Common sense counts.

Who we're looking for

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience
• Someone who understands design beyond just using design software
• Someone who can take a brief and bring their own thinking into it

Most importantly:

We're looking for effort, curiosity and ownership.

In short, make mistakes and own it. ;)

This is a full-time role. [Work from the office, in Kottayam]

Salary

We're not putting a random number here just because every job post seems to need one.

The salary will depend on your skills, expertise, additional capabilities, experience and present/last compensation. If you bring more to the table, we're happy to have a bigger conversation.
