Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Mumbai with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves creating visual concepts and designs for brands, including logos, marketing materials, social media creatives, website graphics, and campaign assets that align with client objectives and user experience principles.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with digital marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive branding, prepare design mockups and final production files, and adapt visuals for different platforms and formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting briefs, developing and iterating design ideas, maintaining brand consistency, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and participating in team reviews and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print media.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create consistent visual identities.
• Knowledge of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva & Figma or similar tools).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sensibility, and a user-centric design mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency or freelance portfolio is highly valued.
• Developing Reels is a critical component of your skills to edit short format videos for the Social Media platforms
