CTC: 5–5.5 LPA

Reporting: Marketing Head

About the Role

Vishang is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to build and maintain our visual identity across digital, corporate, recruitment, campaigns and on-ground communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creatives for social media, campaigns, recruitment & employer branding.
• Design presentations, company profiles, brochures, reports and corporate collaterals.
• Create campaign concepts, visual directions and performance marketing assets.
• Support event branding, recruitment drives, Job Melas and worker communication.
• Maintain brand consistency, templates and an organised asset library.
• Create basic reels, motion graphics and video edits.
• Work closely with the Marketing Head & Digital Marketing team.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, branding, campaigns & corporate design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma & Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
• Ability to convert briefs into polished designs independently.
• Good communication, attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
