Role Description The Senior Motion Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the designer will conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns, social content, brand films, and marketing assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative, content, and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories; designing graphics and layouts; producing and editing video content; and ensuring brand consistency across all motion and static deliverables. The Senior Motion Graphic Designer will also contribute to creative direction, mentor junior designers, optimize workflows for efficient production, and stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
• Hands-on experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for static and animated assets.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related motion/design software).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing high-quality motion work, brand storytelling, and campaign-level design.
• Ability to interpret briefs, work within brand guidelines, and deliver on tight timelines with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional creative teams.
• Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is preferred.
