Are you a Video Creator who loves experimenting with new tech
Or a Creative Strategist who is tired of slow, manual production processes
We are looking for a Video Creator (Motion Graphic Designer) to join our team. You won't be managing social media calendars or spending 10 hours in Premiere Pro. You will be using the world's most advanced Generative AI tools to build the creative logic the vibe, the script, and the visual stylethat powers thousands of automated video ads for our clients.
We don't need an expert editor. We need a storyteller with great taste who works fast.
What You Will Do (The Role)
- Architect Micro-Stories: Real life isn't one big movie; it's a million moments. You will identify these moments for different industries (e.g., The nervous founder before a pitch, The parent waking up at 6 AM) and write punchy, 15-second scripts for them.
- Generate, Don't Just Edit: Instead of searching for stock footage, you will use Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, Kling, and Midjourney to generate the exact video clips you need to tell the story.
- Create Master Templates: You will combine your Script + AI Visuals + Music into a Master Template. Our AI platform will then use your template to generate thousands of unique variations for different brands.
- Trend Translation: You will watch Instagram Reels/TikTok trends and figure out how to recreate those formats using AI tools for our clients.
Who You Are
- You are a Generalist: You are part writer, part director, and part tech-geek. You don't want to be stuck doing just one thing.
- You have The Eye: You understand what makes a video look premium. You know how to match the music beat to the visual cut.
- You are AI-Curious: Your browser history is full of AI tools. You are the person in your group who knows how to write a prompt to get a cool result.
- You are Fast: You prefer iterating 20 times in an hour with AI to get the perfect shot, rather than spending days on manual animation.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Portfolio is Must: We don't care about big brand names. Show us your Reels, your personal AI art, your blogs, or your short stories. Show us you can tell a story.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English for writing high-quality scripts and detailed AI prompts.
- No Pro Editing Skills Needed: Familiarity with basic editing (CapCut/Canva) is enough. We value your imagination over your software skills.
