ThinkSocial is looking for a creative, trend-aware, and modern-thinking Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing social media agency.
We are a digital marketing and brand agency working with brands across industries to create engaging social media content, digital campaigns, brand identities, creatives, videos, reels, and performance-led content. At ThinkSocial, we believe in bold ideas, strong design, and content that helps brands stand out online.
Role OverviewWe are looking for someone with minimum 2–3 years of work experience who can design high-quality social media creatives and edit engaging videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
The ideal candidate must have a new-age, modern approach to design, a strong understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to create visually appealing posts, reels, motion graphics, and short-form videos that capture attention.
Key Responsibilities• Design creative and impactful social media posts, stories, banners, ad creatives, carousels, and campaign visuals
• Edit reels, short videos, brand videos, and promotional content for social media platforms
• Create engaging video edits with music, transitions, captions, motion elements, and trend-based formats
• Work closely with the content and social media team to bring ideas to life visually
• Understand brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across all creatives
• Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, design styles, editing techniques, and platform-specific content requirements
• Bring fresh, modern, and innovative ideas to improve the visual quality of content
• Create content that is visually strong, platform-friendly, and aligned with client objectives
• Manage multiple brand creatives and meet deadlines efficiently
Software & Skills Required• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics will be an added advantage
What We're Looking For• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong design sense with a modern and new-age visual style
• Good understanding of social media content, trends, reels, and digital-first design
• Ability to create clean, contemporary, and engaging creatives
• Experience in video editing for reels and short-form content
• Creative thinking with the ability to adapt to different brand styles
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Good communication and time management skills
• Prior experience in a social media agency or digital marketing agency will be preferred
