We're looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor who understands internet culture, visual storytelling, and social-first content. Someone who can move fast, think visually, and create work that feels native to platforms, not adapted for them.

This role sits at the intersection of design, sport, storytelling, and culture.

• Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, app campaigns, performance marketing, events, and brand partnerships
• Edit short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, highlights, and trend-led content
• Translate ideas, campaigns, and cultural moments into fast, high-quality visual output
• Work closely with the social media, partnerships, and growth teams on campaigns
• Contribute to content ideation, trend spotting, meme formats, and social storytelling
• Maintain consistency across Hudle's visual identity and brand language
• Create content that is platform-native and built for engagement, not just aesthetics
• Stay on top of design, editing, AI creative tools, creator, and internet culture trends

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong understanding of social-first creative and short-form content
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• AI-powered creative and design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion/video work
• Good visual taste, typography sense, pacing, and storytelling ability
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms, internet culture, and evolving content trends
• Interest in sport, fitness, or youth culture is a strong plus
