Public Media Solution is a dynamic PR and digital marketing agency with a diverse portfolio of clients across healthcare, technology, and lifestyle sectors. We are looking to expand our creative team by seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Reels Specialist) who can produce high-impact visual content for social media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities :

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing healthcare creatives and editing short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) that educate, inform, and engage audiences while maintaining medical accuracy and brand credibility. The role requires creativity along with sensitivity toward healthcare communication standards.

• Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and marketing campaigns
• Create, edit, and optimize short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts)
• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, captions, subtitles, and sound effects
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital creatives
• Collaborate with content writers, performance marketers, and strategists for campaign execution
• Follow content calendars and meet project deadlines
• Optimize video formats as per platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
• Stay updated with trending formats, audio, and social media algorithms
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills :

• 14 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Working knowledge of Canva (Pro preferred)
• Experience in editing engaging vertical short-form videos
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video optimization
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
