Key Responsibilities

• Design creative visuals including posters, brochures, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and digital marketing materials in line with the institution's brand guidelines.
• Develop engaging video content for promotional campaigns, social media platforms, events, and institutional communications.
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos, including interviews, campus highlights, promotional videos, and event coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design and communication requirements and translate them into compelling visual content.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all communication materials.
• Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Support coverage of institutional events by creating visual content for post-event promotions and digital platforms.
• Maintain and organize design assets, video files, and digital media libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design and editing tools.
• Good understanding of social media content formats, digital marketing creatives, and visual storytelling.
