Short-form Content: Understanding the grammar of Reels, and YouTube Shorts (Hook, Pacing, CTA).
Trend Awareness: Keeping up with meme culture, trending audios, and viral design styles.
Performance Creative: Designing and editing high-converting ads for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
. Thumbnail Mastery: Creating high-CTR YouTube thumbnails that people have to click. Collaboration & Workflow
Speed & Efficiency: Working with short turnaround times and batch-creating content without losing quality
. Creative Interpretation: Turning raw briefs into Aesthetic visuals.
Feedback Loop: Iterating quickly based on performance data and AD feedback.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Filmmaking, or a related creative field.
Minimum 1-2 Years of proven experience in both Graphic Design and Video Editing (Portfolio must show both).
Deep understanding of export settings for different platforms (4K, 1080p, 9:16, 4:5, etc.).
