At First Demat, we're redefining capital markets with an AI-powered trading & investing platform built for everyone from first-time investors to seasoned traders. We cover IPOs, Mutual Funds, F&O, and long-term investing, all under one intelligent roof.

We're looking for a creative powerhouse who can build our visual identity from the ground up.

* Conceptualize and design graphics, logos, and brand identity assets

* Create scroll-stopping creatives for social media, ads, app & website

* Design finance infographics IPOs, market trends, stock concepts

* Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form YouTube content

* Add hooks, captions, transitions & motion effects for maximum engagement

* Collaborate with marketing, product & content teams on tight deadlines

* Ensure brand consistency across every visual touchpoint

* 2–4 years of experience in graphic design + video editing

* Proficiency in: Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma

* Video tools: Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut

* Strong grasp of branding, typography & visual storytelling

* CTR-focused mindset you think in performance, not just aesthetics

* Basic understanding of stock market (Equity, F&O, IPOs, MFs)

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)

* Startup DNA fast, accountable, ownership-driven

* Prior experience with finance or trading brands

* Motion graphics / animation skills

* Knowledge of performance marketing creatives

* Understanding of trading psychology content

Work directly with the founding team

Own and shape the brand identity from scratch

Deep exposure to the fintech & stock market ecosystem
