Graphic Designer

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in designing for large-scale events and media houses. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate brand vision into compelling visual experiences across print, digital, and large-format media.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding, identity, and design concepts for large-scale events, conferences, and exhibitions
• Design promotional materials including banners, backdrops, stage graphics, signage, brochures, and social media assets
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and event teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
• Create and manage design templates for repeat media/broadcast use (lower thirds, overlays, thumbnails, show graphics)
• Handle end-to-end design workflow: concept, mockups, revisions, and print/production-ready files
• Coordinate with vendors and printers for large-format production (hoardings, backdrops, standees, LED walls)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all event and media outputs
• Stay updated with design trends, event industry standards, and media production techniques
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with proven work in event branding and/or media house environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing large-format design, event branding, and media graphics
• Understanding of print production, large-format printing, and pre-press requirements
• Excellent time management skills with ability to handle high-pressure deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Creative eye for detail, typography, layout, and color theory
• Experience working on-site during live events is a plus
