- Design greeting card collections for all key US occasions, including Weddings, Birthdays, Holidays, Sympathy, Baby, and other major occasions.
- Create high-quality, print-ready design templates.
- Develop designs as cohesive collections rather than individual pieces, ensuring consistency across the full range.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Expert-level typography skills: Typography is a core design skill. The ability to craft type rather than simply place it, with a strong understanding of hierarchy, visual impact, and consistency across a design series.
- Versatile aesthetic range: Ability to create designs that are both elegant and timeless, as well as warm and celebratory.
- Strong eye for detail, with the ability to work independently and a clear sense of distinctive aesthetics.
- Experience using AI design tools such as Midjourney.
- Adobe Illustrator — expert level.
- Background or professional experience in stationery design.
- Familiarity with US greeting card occasions, including their cultural context and consumer expectations.
- Understanding of US design sensibilities and the visual language of the greeting card market.
- Works precisely to the brief; any deviations are proactively communicated and clearly explained.
- Maintains clean, organized, and clearly named layer structures in AI/PSD files.
- Delivers work as cohesive collections of 6-12 cards, rather than individual pieces.
- Handles feedback and revisions professionally and incorporates feedback effectively.
- Communicates clearly and confidently in English.
