Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content to support marketing, branding, and academic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, ads, presentations, and campaigns.
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and product teams to understand design requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback and business requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe (Mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in Figma (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or related design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in EdTech or digital media industry.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Portfolio showcasing design work.
