Job Description

  • Own end-to-end visual communication across digital and print channels.
  • Design creatives for social media, website banners, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Create case studies, whitepapers, brochures, pitch decks, and event materials.
  • Develop performance-driven ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Create short-form videos, motion graphics, and promotional content.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and sales teams for campaign execution.
  • Take full ownership from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first marketing creatives (B2B/enterprise preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
  • Experience designing creatives for LinkedIn, Google Ads, website banners, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to create motion graphics, short-form videos, and edit webinars/testimonials.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color psychology.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI).
  • Experience with Figma/Canva and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (good to have).
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
