Graphic Designer (UI/Marketing Focus)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design high-quality visuals for marketing, branding, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, understand user behavior, and be eager to continuously learn and improve.

• Design social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads, etc.)
• Create website banners, landing page assets, and UI elements
• Work on branding materials (logos, brand guidelines, presentations)
• Design email templates, PDFs, and marketing assets
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
• Ensure all designs are visually consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
• Optimise creatives for performance and engagement
• Stay updated with design trends and tools

• Strong experience with design tools:
• Figma
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Good understanding of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout & composition
• Experience designing for social media and web
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Strong attention to detail

• Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of marketing funnels and ad creatives
• Experience with HubSpot design manager or CMS design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design handoff)

• Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to learn new tools and trends quickly
• Strong communication skills (important for remote work)
• Ownership and accountability for work
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
