Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help build and evolve Ugaoo's visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create impactful, customer-centric designs that strengthen brand recognition and engagement. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, collaboration, and the ability to execute high-quality work across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality digital and print assets, including packaging, across all brand touchpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver work on time with minimal supervision
  • Present design concepts clearly and articulate the rationale behind creative decisions
  • Stay current with design and advertising trends to continuously improve creative output

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed design institution
  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
  • Experience creating print-ready files; knowledge of print production is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
