Job Description

Job Title: Lead Marketing Designer

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Lead Marketing Designer with strong experience in offline marketing campaign collaterals such as billboards, print advertisements, flyers, brochures, and other on-ground marketing assets. This role will be responsible for owning the visual design strategy for offline marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-impact creatives that support business and marketing goals. The Lead Marketing Designer will also play a mentoring role, helping upskill existing designers in marketing-focused design when required.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design of offline marketing collaterals, including billboards, hoardings, print ads, flyers, brochures, posters, and other physical marketing assets.

Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into compelling, high-quality visual designs.

Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing materials.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team, vendors, and printers to ensure accurate and timely execution of designs.

Own creative quality, layout, typography, color usage, and print readiness of all deliverables.

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.

Act as a lead and mentor, guiding and ramping up designers (including UI/UX designers) in marketing and offline design best practices when needed.

Review and provide feedback on design outputs to maintain a high creative standard.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on offline marketing and print design.

Proven experience working on large-scale offline campaigns such as billboards, print ads, and on-ground marketing materials.

Strong understanding of print production processes, formats, resolutions, and vendor coordination.

Prior experience in a lead or senior designer role is preferred.

Exposure to mentoring or guiding junior designers is a plus.
