Role summary:
Job Title:Graphic Designer
Location: Mumbai
Total experience:3+ yrs
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and has a sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Visual Execution
Conceptualize and design static and digital creatives across platforms social media, brand campaigns, pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Develop key visuals and identity elements for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.
Design digital assets for social media, web, emailers, and performance campaigns.
Support art direction for shoots, layouts, and post-production design elements when required.
2. Brand & Campaign Design
Collaborate with the content, strategy, and creative teams to translate briefs into strong visual outputs.
Develop campaign design systems, typography, layouts, and motion-ready graphics for ongoing retainer brands and new campaigns.
Work on brand identity design logos, color palettes, design language, and templates for new and existing clients.
Adapt and localize brand design assets for multiple digital touchpoints.
3. Production & Cross-Team Coordination
Liaise with production and post-production teams to align on visual treatments and design references for shoots.
Ensure design assets are optimized for both digital and print outputs (as applicable).
Support in creating visual assets for decks, case studies, and client pitches.
4. Quality, Consistency & Innovation
Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, digital culture, and social media formats.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs aligned with brand tone and aesthetics.
Continuously push the creative boundary through experimentation with new styles, tools, and design formats.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects optional but preferred).
Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in digital-first design (social media, reels, web, digital campaigns).
Basic understanding of motion graphics, GIFs, or animation tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work collaboratively with content writers, copy, and video teams.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to adapt across multiple brand styles.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or production house.
A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, campaign, and digital work is mandatory.
