Graphic Designer Trainee

Job Description:

Molecules Bio Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for branding, digital marketing, social media, product packaging, and promotional materials within the nutraceutical industry.

This internship provides an opportunity to develop practical experience in graphic design, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist in designing product labels, packaging, brochures, and other branding materials.
• Develop engaging video content and promotional reels using video editing software.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit graphic designs.
• Explore and utilize AI tools for creative content generation, image enhancement, and design optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to develop creative visual content.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and design quality across various platforms.
• Manage multiple design tasks and complete assignments within deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic to good knowledge of video editing, preferably using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics, typography, and composition.
• Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing graphics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn new tools and techniques.
• Prior experience or a portfolio of design and video editing work will be an advantage.
