Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end video production pipeline – from concept and ideation to final output.
- Design and animate engaging visual content across platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring fresh, trend-forward ideas to life.
- Support in editing, compositing, and enhancing video assets for brand and client projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and motion graphics innovations.
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Basic understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
- Strong research skills with awareness of trending styles and techniques.
- Creative mindset with a portfolio that showcases a variety of styles and ideas.
- Ability to think conceptually and take creative direction.
Training & Compensation
- 4-month training program with a paid stipend of 15,000/month.
- Post-training, performance will be evaluated for a promotion and salary hike based on merit.
