CREATIVE & DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR:

Location: Mumbai (Full-Time, In-Office)

At The Weaver, we create bespoke handmade rugs and carpets for some of the finest residences, hospitality spaces, offices, and interior projects across India and globally.

We are looking for someone who understands aesthetics, premium branding, and visual storytelling, while also being highly organized in coordinating marketing and website-related deliverables.

This is not a coding or technical role. We are looking for someone with strong design sensibility, visual thinking, and execution ability.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for ensuring that everything customer-facing at The Weaver looks premium, structured, and aesthetically aligned with the brand.

You will work closely on:

* Website experience & page layouts

* Social media & marketing creatives

* Brand presentations & brochures

* Emailers & communication design

* Marketing coordination & execution tracking

Work Environment & Expectations:

We are a growing, founder-led company where standards are high and execution matters deeply. This role sits in a fast-moving environment with multiple parallel priorities and meaningful ownership.

The initial phase of the role may require greater involvement, responsiveness, and hands-on effort as you understand our products, systems, and ways of working. Over time, as familiarity and structure develop, the workflow becomes more streamlined and predictable.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, pace, problem-solving, and building something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Experience & Visual Coordination

* Develop website page layouts and customer journeys

* Create visual wireframes and content structures

* Improve UX flow and premium brand feel

* Coordinate with agencies/developers for execution

Examples include:

* Get a Quick Quote

* Find Your Perfect Rug

* Upload Your Design

* Trade Partner Pages

* Hospitality & Residential Experience Pages

(You will define how things should look and flow. Technical implementation is handled separately.)

2. Brand & Creative Design:

* Social media creatives

* Marketing collateral

* Brochures, presentations, and PDFs

* Emailer design

* Product and collection storytelling

* Visual consistency across all platforms

3. Marketing Coordination:

* Coordinate monthly social media planning

* Work on Instagram, LinkedIn, website updates, and campaigns

* Follow up with internal teams and external partners

* Maintain timelines and ensure deliverables are achieved

4. Project Ownership

* Take ownership of assigned deliverables

* Ensure deadlines are met without constant follow-ups

* Coordinate independently with teams and agencies

* Bring structure and clarity to execution
