Graphic Designer

The Sleep Company is India's fastest-growing comfort-tech brand, best known for its patented SmartGRID® technology. Founded in 2019, we've grown from a digital-first D2C startup into an omnichannel leader with 150+ stores across 45+ cities, serving 10 lakh+ customers with mattresses, chairs, recliners, and sleep accessories.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye and a portfolio that showcases a passion for illustrative design and typography. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both digital and print platforms and brings fresh ideas to every project.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the team to maintain design consistency across media outlets
• Create compelling, effective logos, print materials, and digital media
• Stay on top of industry trends, design technology, social media, and the competitive landscape

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2–4 years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong typography, conceptual thinking, and communication skills
• A portfolio demonstrating your design range and creative voice
