The Role: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Motion Graphics Designer who can create engaging, visually compelling content for our growing FMCG/D2C food brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, animation, visual storytelling and social media content, with the ability to bring brand ideas and products to life..

Key Responsibilities

1. Create engaging motion graphics, animations and visual content for digital and social media campaigns.
2. Develop Reels, short-form videos, product animations, promotional videos and campaign creatives.
3. Animate typography, illustrations, logos, products and other visual elements.
4. Create dynamic content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, e-commerce and digital platforms.
5. Work on product launches, brand campaigns, offers and promotional communication.
6. Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, Social Media and Creative teams to understand briefs and develop creative concepts.
7. Convert static designs into engaging motion-led content.
8. Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.
9. Stay updated with the latest motion design, social media and content trends.
10. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, transitions and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of 2D animation, kinetic typography and logo/product animation.
• Understanding of colour, sound design and basic video editing.
• Ability to create content in multiple formats, especially 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital advertising.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• 4–7 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics / Animation.
• Experience working with FMCG, D2C, Food & Beverage, Retail or Consumer brands is preferred.
• Experience creating social media content, Meta Ads, product videos and digital campaigns will be an advantage.
• Experience with 3D animation / Blender / Cinema 4D is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

• Creative, trend-aware and visually driven.
• Strong understanding of brand communication and consumer-focused content.
• Able to take a concept from brief → design → animation → final output.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
