Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Lucknow / Varanasi
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (based on knowledge & experience)
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. The candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities- Create creative designs for social media, digital ads, posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Develop brand-consistent visuals for online and offline campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements
- Edit and enhance images, layouts, and graphics as per project needs
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Maintain and organize design files and assets
- Stay updated with design trends and tools
Required Skills and Qualification- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic designing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to visualize concepts and execute creative ideas
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Portfolio of previous design work
Preferred Skills- Experience working with advertising, media, or creative agencies
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics or video editing (added advantage)
- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns
