Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Clinical Training Team. The role involves designing visually engaging presentations, educational materials, conference content, and social media creatives to support clinical training, academic activities, and organizational branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare, clinical, or medical content design and possess strong PowerPoint presentation design skills.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation & Academic Design
- Design and enhance training presentations for clinical and technical training programs.
- Create visually appealing conference presentations, including presentations for senior radiologists, academic conferences, and published articles.
- Develop infographics, illustrations, diagrams, and visual content to simplify complex medical and radiology concepts.
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and presentation quality across all training materials.
Social Media & Content Design
- Design creative content for social media platforms based on:
- Case of the Week (COTW)
- AI Training Program (AI TP) cases
- Clinical learning initiatives
- Upcoming training sessions and departmental updates
- Create engaging visual assets, banners, posters, and awareness campaigns for internal and external audiences.
Collaboration & Content Development
- Work closely with the Clinical Training, QA, AI, and Radiology teams to understand content requirements.
- Support the development of educational and promotional materials for training and academic activities.
- Maintain design standards and ensure high-quality visual communication across all projects.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills.
- Experience in healthcare, medical, clinical, radiology, or scientific content design is preferred.
- Ability to create infographics, icons, medical illustrations, and educational visuals.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Experience working with healthcare, medical education, clinical training, or scientific organizations will be an added advantage.
