About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who cares deeply about craft — someone with a sharp visual sensibility and the technical skills to execute at a high level across print, digital, and brand. You'll work closely with creative directors, marketing, and product teams to shape the visual language of our brand across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
- Design brand and marketing collateral — social media, digital ads, and print materials
- Develop visual identities and brand guidelines for clients and internal teams
- Create layouts for reports, presentations, and editorial content
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and motion designers
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system
- Present concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with precision

- Meticulous attention to typography and composition
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment
- Clear communicator who can articulate design decisions
