About The Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer who can understand client briefs and independently develop creative ideas and visual concepts. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating brand guidelines into compelling designs without requiring constant guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client briefs and convert them into creative visual concepts.
- Develop innovative design ideas independently without requiring step-by-step direction.
- Create high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines and communication strategy.
- Work on social media creatives, digital ads, campaign visuals, and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and brand assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative solutions within deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- Ability to think creatively and take initiative on design concepts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience will be a strong advantage.
- Experience working with hospital / healthcare brands is a plus.
