Job Summary
Beauty Garage Ltd is seeking aPackaging, Bottle & 3D Design Leadwho will be responsible forend-to-end bottle designing, packaging development, and 3D visualization, whileleading the in-house design team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise inCorelDRAW, hands-on experience incosmetic bottle design, and the ability to manage multiple projects across teams. Candidates with prior experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Bottle Designing & Packaging Design (Core Focus)
- Lead theconceptualization and design of cosmetic bottles, includingshape concepts, label layouts, surface graphics, and finishes.
- Design and developlabels, shrink sleeves, cartons, mono-cartons, boxes, kits, and outer packaging.
- Create and review3D bottle mockups, renders, and visualizationsfor approvals and presentations.
- Ensure bottle designs arefunctional, production-friendly, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Work closely with product development and vendors onbottle feasibility, materials, and tooling requirements.
3D Visualization & Artwork Execution
- Createhigh-quality 3D visualsfor bottles and packaging concepts.
- Prepareprint-ready artworks, dielines, and final files with complete accuracy.
- Maintain strict quality checks forcolor consistency, alignment, and finishes.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage thedesign team.
- Allocate bottle and packaging design projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review team outputs and provide constructive feedback to maintain high design standards.
Presentations & Creative Communication
- Developprofessional PPT presentationsusingCanva, CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
- Present bottle design concepts, 3D visuals, and packaging ideas to internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate withmarketing, product development, and production teams.
- Coordinate withbottle manufacturers, printers, and packaging vendorsto ensure quality execution.
- Conduct final proof and sample checks before mass production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience incosmetic bottle designing, packaging design, and 3D visualization.
- Proficiency in45 design tools, including:
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva (mandatory for presentations)
- Proven experience in team leadership and creative management.
- Strong understanding ofbottle manufacturing, printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Minimum3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within thecosmetics or beauty industry.
