About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and performance-driven digital content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging visuals for social media, digital ads, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and presentations
Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and account managers to translate briefs into strong visual concepts
Create and adapt designs according to brand guidelines for multiple clients
Develop graphics for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) with a performance mindset
Resize and optimize creatives for different platforms and formats
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate designs as needed
Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing trends, and platform best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency
Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Knowledge of designing for social media and digital advertising platforms
Ability to take creative direction and work independently
Strong time management and communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva animations)
Understanding of UI/UX principles
Experience working with marketing analytics or A/B-tested creatives
Familiarity with content for different industries and audiences
