Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to design engaging visual content and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, experience creating social media content, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media platforms, website banners, email marketing campaigns, product promotions, and Amazon A+ content
• Create visual and video content showcasing sweets, chocolates, packaging, offers, and customer experiences
• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content consistently
• Edit short-form videos such as Reels and social media clips
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and trends
• Optimize content based on analytics and audience behavior
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design tools
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and current content trends
• Experience with short-form video editing for social media platforms
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while working remotely
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in branding and design
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience creating Amazon A+ content
• Experience in eCommerce or consumer brands
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools
