Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Hybrid

Type: Full-time

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visuals that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences
  • Content Creation: Design a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, infographics, presentations, and print materials
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all channels and touchpoints
  • Data Visualization: Turn complex marketing data into engaging and easy-to-understand visuals that communicate insights effectively
  • Campaign Support: Design assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance across platforms
  • Creative Problem Solving: Use your marketing knowledge to propose design solutions that improve conversions, engagement, and audience retention
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on design and marketing trends to incorporate fresh ideas into campaigns and projects

Qualifications:


  • A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates a mix of creativity, marketing acumen, and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, web design) and their creative requirements
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including audience targeting, branding, and conversions
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
