Job Role: Graphic Designer

Job Location: Work From Home (within Mumbai)

Experience: 2-5 Years

Budget: 3-5 LPA

Must Have:

1. Passion and enthusiasm for design

2. Out-of-the-box creative thinking

3. Good at AI Prompting and working with AI Tools

4. Must be a team player

5. Sharp communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs

6. Good presentation skills to explain and sell ideas

7. Ability to cope with multiple projects at a time

8. Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs

9. Being open to feedback and changes to designs

10. Ability to create print-ready artwork according to industry standards

11. Ability to work independently, as we are remote

12. Willingness to travel for client meetings and briefing sessions

13. Ability to make excellent pitch presentations

Daily Creative Work Requirement:

Designing Logos, Brand Identity, Packaging, Brochures, Fliers, Emailers, Digital Creatives, GIFS, Short Reel Videos, Google Ads, FB / Insta Ads, Social Media Posts
