Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Creative Designer with at least
3 years of experience in graphic design and visual communication. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and the ability to create visually engaging marketing materials and PowerPoint presentations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to established design standards and project timelines.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience in designing creative marketing materials, brochures, banners, flyers, and presentations.
- Ability to convert complex information into visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, infographics, charts, and slide layouts.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new design trends and incorporate feedback effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality creative assets based on project requirements and client guidelines.
- Create engaging layouts, graphics, illustrations, brochures, banners, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, infographics, charts, and presentation templates.
- Transform concepts and business requirements into compelling visual designs.
- Follow project briefs and ensure timely delivery of assigned design tasks.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to understand design requirements.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create professional-quality designs.
- Review designs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with client expectations before final delivery.
- Participate in design reviews and implement feedback to improve deliverables.
- Follow studio workflows, best practices, and quality standards throughout the design lifecycle.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Support print production activities and ensure designs are optimized for both digital and print media.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including day, night, and weekend schedules, based on business requirements.
