Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer who can translate abstract brand thinking into a distinct visual system across social, website, print, and retail. The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in delivering compelling visuals for digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Graphic Design tools and softwares
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Maintain visual consistency across Suki
• Prepare assets for digital and print
• Build campaign design systems, not just one-off creatives.
• Develop visual directions for launches, collections, and brand philosophy content.
• Create social-first assets that feel premium, restrained, and consistent.
• Support retail/kiosk / offline collateral design and visual merchandising requirements.
• Collaborate on motion storyboards and AI-assisted concept exploration.
• AI image and video generation literacy

• Offline collaterals (kiosks, installations, print)
• D2C Platforms

Work closely with

• Brand team
• Founders
• Social media agency

What we are looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong command over typography, grid systems, spacing, negative space, and hierarchy.
• Ability to work across static, motion-first design thinking, and print adaptation.
• Strong taste in premium/luxury / editorial aesthetics.

Bonus
