Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating ideas into effective design solutions that engage and inspire audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media, print collateral, and other digital assets.
Work with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, campaigns, and branding materials.
Design logos, brochures, infographics, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all projects.
Prepare final artwork for production and collaborate with printers and developers as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Revise and iterate designs based on feedback from team members, clients, or stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for various initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other web development tools.
