Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity across various platforms, including digital, print, and outdoor media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative Key Visuals (KV) aligned with campaign strategies
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives across digital, OOH, and retail channels
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all visual communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to conceptualize and execute campaigns
- Contribute to creative direction and continuous improvement of design standards
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital production
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across multiple formats
- Experience in developing creative KV for social media content, OOH advertising, and retail collaterals
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects with flexibility in timing
Technical Skills
- Proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
