About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual content for digital platforms (web, social media, ads, email campaigns)
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, banners, and infographics
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive designs
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Work on UI/UX design elements when required (optional but preferred)
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility
- Proficiency in design tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma / Sketch / Canva (depending on company needs)
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
- Experience with digital marketing creatives (social media, performance ads)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in branding and identity design
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
