Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in both static and motion design to create visually compelling assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design aesthetic, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience in developing engaging creatives, animations, and campaign assets. Experience in UI/UX design will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, print, and brand communication.
- Create motion graphics, animated videos, reels, GIFs, and short-form video content for digital platforms.
- Develop visually consistent creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with strategy, content, media, marketing, and client servicing teams to translate briefs into impactful creative solutions.
- Conceptualize campaign visuals and creative executions for multiple brands across diverse industries.
- Adapt and optimize creatives for various platforms and formats while maintaining design quality.
- Design pitch decks, marketing collateral, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, motion design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, interface layouts, and digital experience assets when required.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong skills in both static and motion design with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and transform them into impactful visual communication.
- Experience creating creatives for social media, branding, advertising, digital marketing, and print.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a creative, branding, advertising, or digital agency.
- Experience in UI/UX design is an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing static design, motion graphics, branding, and campaign work is mandatory.
