Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile *Graphic Designer* who can independently conceptualize and design high-quality creatives across branding, print, digital, packaging, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent knowledge of print production, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong understanding of branding and visual communication

Excellent typography and layout skills

Good knowledge of colour theory and composition

Experience preparing print-ready artwork

Understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone colours, bleed, crop marks, and print specifications

Knowledge of offset, digital, UV, screen, and large-format printing processes

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Software Proficiency

Candidates should be proficient in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Acrobat

Preferred:

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Premiere Pro

Figma

Adobe XD

Canva (Professional)

AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT

Understands both digital and print design requirements.

Ensures every design aligns with brand guidelines.

Can coordinate with printers, production vendors, and marketing teams.

Pays close attention to detail and consistently delivers high-quality work.

Is eager to learn, adapt, and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
