Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can design engaging visuals and manage social media platforms effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing creatives for social media, ads, emailers, website banners, and marketing materials
- Design static and basic motion creatives (GIFs/videos) as per campaign requirements
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Work closely with marketing and performance teams to create high-converting ad creatives
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts
Social Media Management:
- Manage and handle day-to-day social media activities across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar
- Create captions, hashtags, and post copies aligned with brand tone
- Schedule and publish posts using relevant tools
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond in a timely manner
Content & Strategy:
- Research industry trends and competitor activities
- Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and posts
- Collaborate with internal teams for content planning and execution
- Track performance of posts and suggest improvements
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth
- Prepare basic performance reports for social media campaigns
- Optimize content strategy based on insights
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Good copywriting skills for social media content
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
