Job Title: Graphic Designer (Digital Invitations & Stationery Design)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital invitations, wedding stationery, and premium design aesthetics. The ideal candidate understands modern visual trends, luxury event branding, and can create elegant, well-composed designs for both digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design
- Develop digital wedding invitations, e-invites, save-the-dates, event stationery, and celebration cards.
- Create brand-consistent layouts across invitations, stationery, and packaging designs.
- Work on custom theme-based invites, illustrations, monograms, and decorative motifs.
- Design social media creatives, marketing banners, and digital assets.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, and design variations based on client themes or briefs.
Print & Production
- Adapt designs for high-quality print outputs (CMYK, bleed setup, die-lines).
- Create layouts for wedding stationery, envelopes, gift tags, thank-you cards, menu cards, etc.
- Coordinate with printing and production teams to ensure color accuracy and finishing quality.
Technical & Software
- Work efficiently with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma (optional).
- Prepare print-ready files and digital assets in required formats.
- Maintain organized libraries of fonts, templates, and design elements.
Client & Team Coordination
- Understand client preferences, themes, and vision to deliver aligned design concepts.
- Present visual drafts, take feedback, and implement revisions smoothly.
- Collaborate with the content, production, and photography teams for integrated output.
Required Skills & Competencies
Design Skills
- Strong grasp of typography, color palettes, layout, luxury aesthetics, and composition.
- Ability to design elegant, modern, minimalistic, or traditional styles as per client need.
- Understanding of Indian & international wedding cultural elements is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesigN
- Corel Draw
- Procreate
- Knowledge of print processes, paper types, finishes, and embellishments.
- Familiarity with digital invite formats (GIF, MP4, interactive PDFs).
Soft Skills
- Creativity and artistic vision.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and interpretation of client briefs.

Educational Qualifications (Preferred)
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts, OR
- Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia Design, OR
- Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio in digital invites and stationery design.
Experience
- Min 1 years of experience in graphic design.
- Prior experience in digital invitations, stationery, wedding design, or event branding is highly preferred.
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing:
- Invitation designs
- Stationery layouts
- Theme-based concepts or motif illustrations
- Any wedding or event-branding work (digital/print)
